VIP Referral Program Terms & Conditions

(Legal Jargon-ish but still plain english) .

The following information is for general guidance only and may be updated or changed at any time.

• Eligibility:
  The Edge Travel VIP Referral Rewards program (“Program”) is open to past and current clients of The Edge Travel who are 18 years or older. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously booked with The Edge Travel.

• Qualifying Bookings:
  A “qualifying booking” is defined as a new client booking a vacation package, cruise, tour, resort stay, or custom itinerary with The Edge Travel, with a total trip value that falls within one of the reward tiers listed above (trip value typically calculated before taxes, fees, and insurance). Airline-only bookings, change fees, and agency service fees may not qualify.

• Reward Amounts:
  Referral reward amounts are based on the final total trip value of the referral’s booking at the time of final payment and are currently as follows:

  • $0–$5,000: $50 travel credit

  • $5,000–$10,000: $100 travel credit

  • $10,000–$15,000: $150 travel credit

  • $15,000–$25,000: $200 travel credit

  • $25,000+: $250 travel credit (maximum per referred booking)

  The Edge Travel reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue these tiers at any time.

• Issuance of Credit:
  Travel credits are issued after the referred client has completed travel and their booking is fully paid and not canceled. If the trip is canceled, no referral credit will be awarded.

• Use of Credits:
  Referral credits:

  • Have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • May only be used toward new bookings with The Edge Travel and cannot be applied to existing reservations, past travel, or agency service fees.

  • May not be valid toward certain non-commissionable items (e.g., some airfare, insurance, taxes, or fees), subject to supplier rules.

• Combination & Limits:
  Multiple referral credits may be earned by the same client. The ability to combine multiple credits on a single booking is limited to $1,000 and is at the discretion of The Edge Travel at the time of booking. The Edge Travel may, at its discretion, set an annual maximum on total referral credits per household.

• Program Changes:
  The Edge Travel reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, or to adjust reward amounts, tiers, or rules, at any time and without prior notice. In the event of any discrepancy or interpretation issue, The Edge Travel’s decision will be final.

• Compliance:
  By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you are sharing contact information of friends and family with their permission and agree to all Program terms in effect at the time the referral is made.
